IBST Textbook Ordering Procedure (Academic Year 2026-27)

Since the school-wide purchase window has closed, please follow the procedure below to order your textbooks directly.

This year, books are supplied by two different agencies, depending on the grade level and subject. To streamline the process, we ask that you consolidate your orders using the official form.

Please note: Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry is a required novel for Grade 6 students.

Step-by-Step Ordering Process

1. Download & Complete the Form: Click your respective grade-level link below to download the IBST textbook form. Please fill it out completely and sign it.

2. Submit via Email: Send the completed, signed form via email to both agencies and CC the IBST Administration.

3. Agency Assignment & Pricing: IBST Admin will assist in verifying the correct agency for your items and forward the form. When the agencies reply with pricing details, both you and IBST will receive the notification simultaneously.

4. Payment: The agency will provide you with the textbook prices and total fees. (Please note: Final prices may vary slightly from listed amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations). Once you receive the total, please transfer the payment to the agency's designated account.

5. Confirmation: Take a screenshot or photo of your payment receipt and email it back to the agency to finalize your order.

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we are pleased to share the official Book List for 2026–2027. This list includes all required and recommended texts for each subject area.

Please take note of the following important information:

• If you would like to purchase textbooks through the school system, please review the list carefully and sign the order form (parent's signature required).
• Order forms must be submitted to the office by Monday, June 12, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• All listed prices include the school discount.
• After submitting the order form to the IBST office, you will receive a payment notice by the end of June. Please make the payment by the due date indicated on the payment form.
• No cancellations or refunds will be allowed once the order is placed.
• Please ensure that all required books are either purchased or borrowed before the start of the school year.
