In such cases, we kindly ask that you arrange appointments or meetings in advance, allowing us to allocate appropriate time and space for discussions. Our staff members are dedicated to addressing your concerns and providing the necessary support, and scheduling appointments will ensure that we can give you our undivided attention.
Additionally, we would like to emphasize that only authorized personnel, such as teachers and administrative staff, are permitted to access the class building during school hours. This policy helps us maintain a safe and structured environment for all students and staff members.
