📚 Textbook Ordering Notice for New Students (2025-26 School Year)

Dear Parents of New Students,

Welcome to our school community! To ensure your child is fully prepared for the upcoming academic year, please review the following important information regarding textbook purchasing.

Language Arts Update

Please be informed that the Grade 1 Language Arts textbooks for this academic year have been revised back to the earlier version used in previous years. This change was made based on feedback from teachers to better support student learning. We kindly ask all parents to take note of this update when preparing school materials.

Note: Chinese textbooks are ordered by the school and do not require parent action.

🔹 Textbook Ordering Guidelines

  • New students are kindly asked to contact the school’s designated vendor directly to purchase textbooks.
  • All prices listed on the order form already reflect the school’s discounted rate.
  • After submitting the textbook order form to the vendor, please ensure that payment is made by the due date indicated on the payment form. The vendor will only process the order once payment has been received.
  • Once an order has been placed, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted for textbook fees.

  • Orders submitted or paid after the deadline may result in delayed delivery or unavailability of certain books.
  • Please inspect your textbooks upon receipt. Any issues (e.g., missing or damaged books) must be reported to the vendor within 3 days.
  • Double-check that the selected textbooks match your child’s grade level and subject requirements. Contact the curriculum office if you are unsure.
