國立南科國際實驗高級中學雙語部考試規則與違規處理辦法

To ensure exam fairness and maintain order in the examination room, these exam regulations apply to all IBST students from grades 1 to 12. Unless otherwise specified, all exams shall be conducted in accordance with these rules.
為確保考試公平及維持考場秩序,本考試規則適用於 IBST 1 至 12 年級的所有學生,除另有規定者外,所有考試均應依照本規則進行。
 

1. Arrival

a. Students who arrive late within 20 minutes after the exam has started will not be granted additional time for that subject.
考試開始二十分鐘內,抵達試場者,無法延長該考科之考試時間。

b. Students who arrive late more than 20 minutes after the exam has started will not be allowed to enter the examination room. Late students may apply for an excused absence according to regulations and, upon school approval, arrange for a make-up exam. Please refer to the IBST Grading Policy Article 6.
考試開始二十分鐘後,遲到的學生不得入場。遲到學生得依規申請事假,經學校同意後安排補考。補考規定請參照 雙語部學生學習評量補充規定第六條。

i. For students who miss the exam due to an excused absence: If the make-up exam score is below 60, the actual score will be recorded. If the score exceeds 60, the excess portion will be adjusted as
follows: For Grades 1 to 6, the excess portion will be calculated at 80%; for Grades 7 to 12, the excess portion will be calculated at 70%.
因事假缺考者:若補考成績低於六十分,依實得分數計算;若超過六十分者,超過部分將依以下標準調整:1 到 6 年級學生,超過六十分之分數以百分之八十計算;7 到 12 年級學生,超過六十分之分數以百分之七十計算。

c. If a student is unable to attend the exam due to special circumstances,they must follow the school's relevant regulations to apply for leave beforethe exam (except for sick leave). Retrospective leave applications are not allowed. For sick leave, a doctor's certificate must be provided, and the
absence must be reported before the exam on the same day. Any student who does not apply for leave or whose leave is not approved will be considered absent, and the exam score for the missed subject will be recorded as zero.
學生如因特殊情事不能參加考試者,須依本校相關規定於考試前(除病假外)辦理請假。請病假者,請於考試當日當節之前來電告知,並於返校三天內附醫生診斷證明書完成請假手續。
 

2. Permitted and Prohibited Items

a. Pencils, pens, erasers, white-out, and other exam materials pre-approved and listed on the exam paper (e.g., calculators, handwritten notes, if specified).
鉛筆、原子筆、橡皮擦、修正液及其他經預先批准列於考卷上的考試所需物品(例如計算機、手寫筆記,若有指定)。

b. Only exam paper, writing instruments and necessary sanitary items are allowed on the exam desk.
考試桌上僅允許放置試卷、書寫工具及必要的衛生用品。

c. Bags, backpacks, purses, cell phones, smart watches, headphones/earpods, and any electronic devices must be left outside the exam table. All electronic devices must be turned off and securely stored
書包、手機、智慧手錶、耳機及任何電子設備,必須放置在置物櫃或教室前後方。所有電子設備必須關機並妥善存放於書包內。
 

3. Academic Integrity 考試行為規範

a. Once seated, please remain silent and face forward. Any verbal or non-verbal communication with other students will be considered cheating.就座後請保持安靜,面向前方。任何與其他考生之間的言語或非言語交流將被視為作弊行為。

b. Follow all instructions given by the proctor. If you need assistance or have any questions, please raise your hand.遵守監考人員的所有指示。如需協助或有問題,請舉手示意。

c. Students may submit their exam paper after the first 40 minutes of the exam, but must remain quietly in the original classroom.學生可於考試開始 40 分鐘後提交試卷,交卷後安靜待在原班教室。

d. If a student finishes the exam early and submits their exam paper, they may, with the proctor's approval, read books unrelated to the subject of the exam and remain silent. 若提前完成考試並提交試卷,經監考人員同意後,學生可閱讀與該考科無關的書籍並保持安靜

e. Once the exam time is over, students must stop writing immediately.
考試時間結束,學生必須立即停止書寫。

f. Remain seated until all exam papers have been collected and the proctor permits you to leave.
請保持就座,直到所有試卷被收回且監考人員允許離場為止。

 

4. Emergency Procedures 緊急狀況

a. In the event of an emergency or national-level alert, please follow the instructions of the proctor.
如遇緊急情況或警報,請遵從監考人員的指示行動

b. Leave all exam-related items in the examination room and exit in order.
將所有考試相關物品留在考場內,並依序離場。

 

5. Consequences for Rule Violations 違規及懲處

a. The following actions will result in a grade deduction of up to 30% for thesubject. Disciplinary actions will be taken in accordance with the school's student conduct regulations.
以下行為發生,將導致該科成績扣減最多 30%,並依本校學生獎懲規定議處。

i. Unauthorized items are not properly stored. 禁止攜帶的物品未妥善放置

ii. Students carrying unauthorized items or causing noise with unauthorized items during the exam..
考生隨身攜帶非應是用品或非應是用品於考試期間發出聲響。

iii. Any form of communication or information exchange in the examination room, such as talking, looking around, muttering answers, making eye contact, or passing notes.
試場內任何形式上的交流或信息傳遞,例如交談、左顧右盼、自誦答案、眼神接觸或傳遞紙條等行為。

iv. Leaving the examination room without permission. 未經允許擅自離開考場。

v. Students who continue writing after the proctor announces the end of the exam and fail to comply after receiving one warning from the proctor. 在監考人員宣讀考試結束後仍逾時作答,且經監考人員制止一次後仍不配合者。

b. If a student is found to have committed clear acts of cheating or has maliciously disrupted the order inside or outside the examination room with serious misconduct, the exam for that subject will be marked as zero. Disciplinary actions will be taken in accordance with the school's student conduct regulations. Please refer to the IBST Parent/Handbook: Teacher Guidance and Student Discipline Guidelines.
作弊事實明確、惡意擾亂試場內外秩序且情節嚴重者,該科測驗以零分計,並依本校學生獎懲規定議處。

6. 處理程序

a. For the above violations, the school will hold a relevant meeting based on the specific circumstances and inform the student and parents of the decision.上述違規事件,學校將根據具體情況,召開相關會議,並將決議通知學生及家長。

b. If a student has any objections to the grade deduction or disciplinary decision, an appeal must be submitted within three working days of receiving the notification 學生如對成績扣減或懲處決議有疑義,必須在接獲通知後三個工作日內提出申訴。

c. The school reserves the right to the final interpretation and adjustment of disciplinary actions.
學校保留對懲罰的最終解釋權及調整權。

d. These regulations shall be implemented upon approval by the Curriculum Development Committee and final authorization by the principal. The same procedure applies to any amendments..
本規則經課程發展委員會通過,校長核定後實施,修正時亦同。
