Registration Instructions:

1. Please visit the registration website to fill in your information, print the registration form, and mail it to the organizing school.

2. Registration Period: From November 1, to December 6, 2023. Please affix the official seal on the registration form and send it by registered mail to:

   (Please note that the postmark date will be used as the submission date, and no late submissions will be accepted.)

3. Submission of Artwork Information and Image Files: Participants who have registered can make changes to artwork information and upload artwork images (completed works) until January 16, 2024 (Tuesday).
