2023 IBST Christmas Party
Dear parents and students of IBST:
As we gear up for the festive season, we are organizing a Christmas party to spread joy and cheer among IBST. We are more than honored to invite you to IBST's Christmas party of 2023. The party will be hosted on the Monday afternoon of December 25th, from 1 to 4 pm in High School Gym. You will also find attached two forms, for the talent show and potluck party respectively.
(Either fill in the hard copy which is given to each student or fill in the online form by December 15th)
1. Talent Show: If you or your child(ren) would like to prepare a special performance for the department on stage, please fill out the form before the deadline of December 15th. This is necessary so we can organize a proper schedule ahead of time so everyone can enjoy the event. https://reurl.cc/V4bl5N (Performance)- google login required
2. Potluck Party: To ensure everyone can enjoy a delicious meal together, we are kindly requesting your support in providing pizza donations (300NT per box) or bringing food for our Christmas celebration. Your contribution will help us ensure that there's enough food to go around and make this event a memorable one for everyone involved. Your generosity will be greatly appreciated by all attendees!

3. Gift Exchange: If you are interested in participating the gift exchange, there is no need to sign up. Just bring the gift on the day (Dec.25th) to the gym during naptime. The gift should be around 200 NTD and should be wrapped so that people can’t see what’s inside. The gifts will get a tag when it is handed in.
