Announcement: Interact President and Vice President Election for the 2025-2026 School Year

Attention G9-G11 Interacters,

Are you interested in taking on a leadership role within our Interact club for the upcoming school year? Now is your chance to run for Interact President or Vice President!

Candidates interested in running for these positions should express their interest between April 7th and April 25th. To register, simply inform the current Interact President, Vice President, or Ms. Sandy. Due to the mid-term (April 16-17) and April break (April 21-24), the final list of candidates will be announced in group chat before April 28th.

The election for Interact President and Vice President will take place during the meeting on April 30th. All candidates are required to prepare a 3-5 minute speech explaining why Interact members should vote for them on April 30th.

Please note that elections for other officer positions will be held at the beginning of the new school year in September 2025.

Officer Expectation

President – it shall be the duty of the President to:

Preside at meetings and facilitate meaningful discussions

Represent Interact

Submit/deliver periodic reports/presentations to our parent Rotary Club

Serve as the direct contact person for our parent Rotary Club

Vice-President – It shall be the duty of the Vice-President to:

Preside in the absence of the President

Assist the President

Assume responsibility of other duties in the absence of the President
