定期登入提醒：為了確保所有家長都能即時掌握最新的校園動態，我們建議您至少每兩天登入 APP ，以免遺漏重要通知。

Safety & Convenience:

Ensuring campus safety is our top priority. The digital leave request system significantly reduces communication delays, allowing real-time tracking of students' attendance. While we encourage the use of the app, traditional contact books and phone leave requests remain available for added flexibility.
在智慧校園的建設中，學校始終將校園安全置於首位。數位化的請假系統可大幅縮短訊息傳遞時間，確保孩子的動態能夠被即時追蹤，進一步強化校園內的安全防護措施。同時，傳統的聯絡簿與電話請假方式仍然保留，以提供您更多的選擇和便利。

We also understand that teachers may not always be available to check app notifications immediately. However, they will receive attendance updates at key moments, such as during roll calls, ensuring every student’s well-being is properly managed.
學校也充分考量導師的工作時段，雖然老師可能無法時刻查看 APP 訊息，但在點名或其他關鍵時刻，他們將能即時獲取有關學生的請假狀況，確保每位學生的安全和健康都得到妥善管理。
