Points Review Application Form

1. According to the Award Criteria Guidelines for Junior High School Graduation Ceremony at NNKIEH(國立南科國際實驗高級中學國中部畢業典禮學生受獎標準實施要點).
2. For the Technology Award and the Language Award, in addition to academic performance, other outstanding achievements must also be considered.
   1. Technology Award (Xinshi District Mayor’s Award 新市區長獎) Criteria:
      One student per class, recommended with the assistance of the homeroom teacher
   2. The student must have demonstrated excellent academic performance during their time at school, with outstanding achievements in mathematics, science, or technology, serving as a role model for their classmates.
   3. The final score is calculated by taking 30% of the total grades in the mathematics, science and computer science and 70% from other outstanding achievements. (In reference to the Junior High School Mayor’s Award Criteria 國中部應屆市長獎給獎實施細則)
3. Language Award (Shanhua District Mayor’s Award 善化區長獎) Criteria:

1. One student per class, recommended with the assistance of the homeroom teacher.
2. The student must have demonstrated excellent academic performance during their time at school, with outstanding achievements in language-related fields (such as Mandarin, English, local languages, or other languages), serving as a role model for their classmates.
3. The final score is calculated by taking 30% of the total grades in language-related fields and 70% from other outstanding achievements. (In reference to the Junior High School Mayor’s Award Criteria國中部應屆市長獎給獎實施細則.)
