Announcement: Application to Establish the Friday Club

To encourage students’ diverse development and cultivate self-directed learning and teamwork skills, IBST supports students in establishing clubs based on their interests and areas of expertise. Through club activities, students can explore various fields, enhance practical skills, and promote interdisciplinary learning and exchange, thereby enriching campus life.

Application Guidelines

1. Eligibility: Students currently in Grades 9–11 are eligible to apply.
2. Club Advisor: The club founder must secure a teacher to serve as the club advisor to support the club’s development and operations.
3. Application Form: Complete the New Club Establishment Application Form.
4. Required Signatures: Obtain signatures from at least 10 students in support of the club.
5. Submission Deadline: Submit the completed application form with all required signatures to Mr. Alvis by March 27 at 11:59 AM.
6. Important Notes:
   • Late submissions, incomplete applications, or missing signatures will be considered invalid. The club will not be approved for the following semester.
   • Please ensure all information is completed accurately to avoid delays in the review process.
