Is it possible to improve the standard of the restrooms. |
Starting this semester, an cleaning lady will be assigned to help clean the restrooms on the first floor of the once a week. We hope this will resolve the issue you mentioned. If there are any other restroom-related problems that need to be reported, please let the office know. |

Would it be possible to have the open house at a later time in the future? I realize this is inconvenient for the teachers after a busy working day but my wife and I both have to take time off work which impacts our KPI. Other parents have also mentioned this to me. I understand that this may not be possible due to scheduling or matters beyond your control. . |
The first-semester Open House introduces new teachers and answers questions from students and parents about the new courses. When students move to a new grade, parents often have many questions about the course content and learning plans. Therefore, the Open House usually takes about half a day. Because it requires more time, the first-semester Open House is scheduled on a weekend. In the second semester, students usually have already adjusted to their learning routine, so parents have fewer questions. For this reason, the Open House is scheduled on a weekday. To avoid affecting students’ classes, the event is held after 4:00 PM, and teachers attend after work as overtime. This arrangement allows parents to meet and talk with teachers while not interfering with students’ class time. If parents cannot attend at the scheduled time, you may email the teacher to arrange another convenient time. You may also communicate with teachers by phone or email. |
